Kingston Capital Corp. is proud to be affiliated with Jay Arnold and Jeff Lower for two decades.  Jay Arnold has over 20 years experience in both the technical and Business Development aspects of surveying, mapping, photogrammetry, Information Technology, and Geographic Information Systems.  Jeff Lower has managed programs and a division of a public company performing survey, mapping, and enterprise GIS development for private and public clients, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, USGS, NAVFAC, and USDA.  Jay and Jeff spent over 15 years as key members of the management team at 3001/Northrop Grumman and helped propel 3001 to become an industry leader.

  • Has negotiated the sale and purchase of several companies in the U.S. and Europe

  • Founded MV VeriSol and spearheaded the design, development, and implementation of software for online real-time verification of auto insurance, and, as CEO, established MV VeriSol as an industry leader

  • Grew Return On Investment Corporation (ROI) from a small, privately-held company with a few software installations to a public company with hundreds of thousands of installations prior to an asset sale to VeriFone Holdings, Inc.
